Where do you ship from?  
We ship directly from our international warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.  

Can I change or cancel my order?  
Because we process orders quickly, any change or cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed, but you can return your order for a full refund once it arrives.  

What payment methods do you accept?  
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal payments.  

When will my order be processed?  
Orders are processed and shipped between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order handling. During sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
 

How long will it take to receive my order?  
Typical delivery time is 2–4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal conditions.
 

What if I don’t receive my order?  
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?  
Contact us immediately at support@swiftgoodies.com with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
 

When will I receive my refund?  
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve a cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or card provider for processing details.
